From one of Canada’s most celebrated playwrights comes this dark comedy about a Canadian soldier just back from Afghanistan. Trained as a sniper, Dean finds there isn’t a lot of call for his trade back home. Meantime, he’s living with his aging parents and has just agreed to re-marry his pregnant ex-wife. Things start to look up, though, when he’s hired by Helen, a rabid politician who may have a use for his skills after all.
“Dead Metaphor is dead serious, but still seriously funny.” (San Francisco Examiner)
